Elizabeth Allen, President
Hey everyone! My name is Elizabeth Allen, and I'm a junior from Norfolk, MA.
This is my third year in CAC. I'm a pre-med double majoring in Neuroscience and
Classical Studies, but when I'm not busy studying, I'm probably either reading,
listening to music (and probably singing along), out running, or hanging with my
friends. I can't wait to get started planning and organizing events as president
this year. CAC is especially meaningful to me because I'm an eight-year cancer
survivor; I feel a really personal connection to the group, and I want to be
able to help out and raise awareness for all the other survivors out there. I
also strongly believe in the importance of cancer prevention, so our goals this
year mirror that idea. I'm so excited to be able to give back to the community
that supported me during my time battling cancer. Hope to see you all at the
meetings!
